What is your service area? 

We currently serve the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. A nominal mileage fee will be assessed to clients residing more than 30 miles from the urban core of Minneapolis/St. Paul. 

 

I am interested in hiring Go-to Gals for a project that isn’t listed as one of your services. Will you still help me? 

 

One of the strengths of Go-to Gals is our flexibility. We know that tasks and to-dos can be far-reaching, which is why we are always happy to discuss your needs. Simply contact us at info@go-gals.com and we will be in touch! 

 

Are there projects that Go-to Gals won’t complete? 

 

While we always strive to lend a helping hand, there are a few tasks that fall outside our purview:

• Everyday Household Cleaning (but we’d be happy to source a cleaning service that meets your needs).

• Handyman Repairs (best to leave these items to the professionals).

• Home Contractor (we do know some good ones, and would be happy to make introductions).  

• Painting (we’re always willing to consult on paint color or design aesthetic).

• Laundry (garment care is personal, and we’d hate to accidentally shrink your favorite sweater).

• Lawn Care (happy to help with veggies or flowers, but we leave lawn care to the greens crew).  
  
   

How much are your services? 

 

Each project is unique and therefore quoted on a per-project basis based on the results of our complimentary consultation. Concierge services are billed at a flat rate in 4-hour increments. We will always share the cost of our services with you prior to beginning a project.

What does your consultation process look like? 

 

Our consultation process is project dependent. Sometimes our consultation takes the form of an online questionnaire, other times a phone call works best, and for other projects, an in-person consultation is required. Regardless of how a consultation takes place, our goal is to make the process easy, efficient and informative to ensure we meet your objectives.

I have a small concierge project that's less than 4 hours. Will Go-to Gals still work with me?

 

Yes! We would be happy to work with you to create a plan and process that meets your needs.

How do I pay Go-to Gals? 

 

We ask for a 50 percent down payment when you book your project, with the balance of our fee due upon project completion. Forms of payment currently accepted include cash, check and Venmo (@GO-TOGALS). At this time, we are unable to accept credit cards.
